OSKAR
ALVARADO
From Spain. Lives and works in Barcelona.
Born in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain. He resides in Barcelona where he combines his work as a Photography teacher with the production of personal works. He holds a Bachelor´s Degree in Fine Arts from the Basque Country University, from which he receives a grant to develop the photographic project Conexiones in an artist residence in Arteleku Art Center in San Sebastián. Later he has moved to Barcelona to study at the International School of Photography GrisArt and an MA on Curatorial and Cultural Practices in Art and New Media at ESDI High School. His work has been selected internationally at festivals as the Voies Off Festival (France), Addis Foto Fest (Ethiopia) and Helsinki Photo Festival (Finland).
